I'm Philip Wood, a qualified Counselling Psychologist, Integrative Psychotherapist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 25 years experience in mental health.

I've worked as Clinical Lead in the NHS and in private practice, and currently serve as Head of Supervision at the Minster Centre — one of Europe's leading psychotherapy training institutions.

I'm registered with the HCPC, UKCP, BABCP and BACP.

Philip operates a sliding scale of fees based on the number of sessions per week, appointment time, and ability to pay.

Individuals — £120 to £200 per session Couples — £175 to £250 per session Organisational Supervision — by negotiation

Initial Consultation The first appointment is an opportunity to ask questions, explore any concerns about therapy, and decide together how best to move forward.

Payment Cash, cheque and bank transfer accepted.
